Yesterday I put up the hit by Tiffany entitled 'I Think We're Alone Now'.However the song was originally a 1967 hit for Tommy James & the Shondells, reaching number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 during a 17-week stay.
Flash forward to the year 1978 and Lene Lovich also reco
rded the song which became her second single. The B-Side to this single featured the first recoding of her follow up hit 'Lucky Number'.
Ulike the Tiffany version this single did not trouble the charts here in the UK.
