'Nothing In Common' was a 1986 movie starring Tom Hanks, and a song from British pop group Thompson Twins which was included in the film’s soundtrack.The track was written by band members Tom Bailey and Alannah Currie.
The single was only released in the US where it made a mild impression on the US Billboard Hot 100, reaching fifty-four the week of September 13, 1986.
