Released in 1983 "You're Looking Hot Tonight" was one of three new songs included on Barry Manilow's thirteenth studio album Greatest Hits Vol. II.The single did well in the US peaking at Number 5 in the Adult Contempary Chart and number 18 in the Dance Chart.
However, in the UK the single peaked at number 47.
