
The video consisted of all five members of the band cleverly changing into one another to prepare for a night out. The song was mainly released to compete with Cliff Richard's 'Mistletoe and Wine', and Bros's double A-side 'Cat Among the Pigeons/Silent Night'. 'Let Me Be Yours' became Five Star's second single so far to miss the Top 40, after a three year run of Top 20 hits. It also became the fourth and final release from their Top 20 album Rock The World, which peaked at number 17 in August 1988.
