Love & Pride was the debut single by the Coventry band King in 1984.In May 1984 the single reached a lowly number 84 on the UK Singles Chart, but at the end of the year the group had performed the song on Saturday morning television, and the single was re-released and became a hit in early 1985, reaching number 2.
