'The Christians' are a soul-influenced sophisti-pop band from Liverpool. The name of the band refers to the surname of the three brothers (Garry Christian, Roger Christian and Russell Christian) that were originally in the line-up, and is also coincidentally guitarist Henry Priestman's middle name.The single 'Born Again' was released in 1988 from their debut Album 'The Christians' and was the bands 5th single release which eventually made it to number 25 on the Uk Singles Chart.
